God has allowed this into my life, And through what started as a painful experience, Has done several things. First, He has brought me back into fellowship with Him, from a place of backslidden brokenness. He has brought me out of despair & brokenness, to a place of fellowship with Him, that is today stronger and deeper than it has ever been! There is a book I found a couple of months in this journey called "God will use this for good" by Max Lucado. That book has been prophetic because that is exactly what He has done!I have a level of intimacy with Jesus today that I can only describe as being a daily pursuit of God Himself. My souls deepest desire is His presence, literally I have discovered that to yearn and seek the Lord Himself is my first and greatest need!He has taught me that putting Him first, seeking as "my souls first and vital neccesity." (2Chronicles 15:2) Is the level of intimacy He desires me to have with Him, which is opposite in every way from where i was when I was first incarcerated! Praise God for what He has done through a very difficult and painful time in my life. THANK YOU JESUS!
